Option Three: For Non-Admin Users and Accounts without a Payment History
For accounts without an existing payment history, please follow the steps below to create a secondary logon for Taxually. This secondary logon will allow us to support your account until a payment history is established. Once payments have been recorded, we will switch to the standard third-party access request using our designated third-party preparer login.
Creating a Secondary Logon for Taxually:
Click the Manage My Profile link
Click the More Profile Options… tab
Click Manage Secondary Logons
Click Add
Enter the following information:
Logon: Create a logon username with your business name and "TA" to help identify which login belongs to which taxpayer
Example: If your business name is "Google LTD", create a username like "GoogleTA"
*Then send the Logon you created to Taxually via email.
Name: Michael Glover
Email: compliance-usa@Taxually.com
Type of Access: select Profile Manager
Click Next
In the Account Access section
Click Select None
Check the box for Gross Receipts Tax (GRT)
Click Submit
Effective Registration Date (Required for First Return Filings Only):
From the home page, click the More.. menu tab
Click View Letters
Click the Search tab and enter a Sent From date before your registration (example: year 1980) and click Search
Scroll all the way down and locate your Registration Certificate letter
Open it and provide us with the “Business Start Date” on the registration certificate
Then navigate back to the TAP home page
Submit Information to Taxually
Email the logon (username) you created for Taxually at lumatax@taxually.com.
