Florida: 3rd-Party Setup

Modified on Wed, 14 Jan at 12:51 PM

Follow these simple steps to allow Taxually to file tax returns for your company:

Enter Required Information

  • eServices Login Credentials

    • Provide Taxually with the login credentials you use to access Florida eServices. There are two login options available — but the preferred and best method is to obtain the details for Login Option 1:

      • *Login Option 1:

        • User ID (Format AF1234567890)

        • Password (Usually a 8-digit or 8-character code. Format 123456789 )

      • Login Option 2:

        • Florida Certificate Number (A 13-digit number. Format 1234567890123)

        • Florida Business Partner Number (Usually a 6 to 10-digit number)

*Important: While we can file your returns using Login Option 2, we strongly recommend you complete the online enrollment process to obtain a User ID and Password (Login Option 1). This takes approximately 15 minutes and is in both your and our best interest.

*Why this matters: Login Option 2 (guest filing) allows us to submit returns but does not provide access to your account history, correspondence, or account status in Florida's new portal. Without a User ID and Password, neither you nor Taxually can verify filing history, monitor compliance issues, or access important notices from the Florida Department of Revenue.

*Please take 15 minutes now to follow our Florida: New Registration - Online eFile Enrollment Guide and provide us with your User ID and Password. This ensures full account visibility and proper compliance management going forward.
