Which country will my Non-Union OSS registration be in?

Modified on Tue, 8 Oct at 10:15 PM

The Non-Union One-Stop-Shop (Non-Union OSS) scheme simplifies tax reporting for digital businesses selling across the EU. You can find more details about the scheme here. When registering for the Non-Union OSS, you choose a country where your business will be registered, and all your EU-wide transactions are reported through a single quarterly tax return, with one payment for the entire EU.

Typically, Taxually will register your business in either Ireland or Poland.
